The Cumberland Economic Development Corporation seeks to engage a marketing consultant to support and enhance their ongoing marketing efforts. We invite qualified individuals or firms to submit a quote for the marketing services described within. Proposals should outline how you or your agency can meet our needs, the associated costs, and any relevant terms and conditions. A copy of the RFQ can be found HERE.
