Cumberland Economic Development Corporation Announces Staff Additions
The Cumberland Economic Development Corporation (CEDC) is pleased to announce the addition of Tabitha Barbarito and Matt Miller to our economic development team. Mr. Miller has been selected as the Economic Development Specialist, and Mrs. Barbarito is serving as the Economic Development Assistant. Mr. Miller brings a strong background in finance and banking, having spent his career with First Peoples Credit Union in various capacities. Mrs. Barbarito has extensive experience in real estate and customer service.
“Both Matt and Tabitha bring considerable strengths to this organization and will allow for a more thorough and robust economic development program to work on behalf of the citizens of Cumberland, ” said Shawn Hershberger, the CEDC’s executive director. “We feel we have found talented individuals who can grow into strong economic development professionals and create a cohesive team to help the corporation fulfill its goals.”
Mrs. Barbarito has already started in her role with the CEDC and Mr. Miller’s first day is scheduled for November 12th.
