Baltimore Street Redevelopment

This $17.2 million project was funded by government agencies,  federal and state grants, with  collaborating with residents and business owners to create a safe, vibrant and livable downtown.  This project was completed in 18 months and has created a safe central gathering place for residents and visitors to enjoy our city’s historic charm and incredible natural beauty.
