Become a Vendor for "Rowdy on the Roof"!

“Rowdy on the Roof” is a new day-long festival that will be held on the top of the Frederick Street Parking garage, located in the middle of Downtown Cumberland, on Saturday, September 24, 2016.

There are a limited number of spaces available for vendors. Applicants will be accepted on a first come-first served basis.
